The John Deere dealer in Hays had an Easter egg hunt - Shayla's first. There were so many kids she didn't get any eggs, but she did get one from the bunny.
We didn't try to go to any egg hunts this year. I don't think the girls are quite big enough to really enjoy it and I've heard they get really crowded. Too bad Shayla didn't get any eggs. I hope she had fun, anyway.
One of Ray's coworkers took his 18 month old to an egg hunt. He said there was one dad carrying around a LITTLE baby grabbing eggs before the other kids (in the 0-2 age category) could get them. I think I'll wait until my kids are old enough to do the hunting themselves.
